Acquired most of the Krispy Kreme sites in the Chicago metropolitan area and handled the disposal of their surplus property.

Handled site acquisition exclusively for the company in the Chicago metropolitan area. Acquired several sites in Chicago metropolitan area and handled the disposal of their surplus property.

Secured sites for the company in Illinois and Iowa.

 Alpha Omega, Site Acquisition Specialist (Independent Contractor) - May 2000 to March 2001Project: CROWN CASTLEAssigned to Voice Stream, Verizon and Nextel projects.Responsible for the following:1) Inventorying acquired tower sites, checking competition in the area of the sites,             ordering Phase I, Nepas, FAA Studies and other documents required for the co-location of wireless companies on Crown Castle towers.2) Determining whether additional land and lease time was required to enable Crown Castle to lease space to wireless companies. Securing the additional land and time. Securing the property owners consent to sublease.  3) Determining and rectifying any other site problems pertaining to real estate.4) Handling zoning issues.   PAL Wireless Group, Real Estate Broker (Independent Contractor) - November 1999 to April, 2000Project: AT&TResponsible for locating and negotiating the lease of a 20,000 Sq. ft. switch facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. FMHC, Site Acquisition Specialist (Independent Contractor) - October 1999 to April, 2000Project: MetricomResponsible for locating antenna sites and negotiating leases in the Chicago Metropolitan area.-1-Riley & Assoc., Real Estate Broker (Independent Contractor) - October 1998 to January 2000Project Sprint PCSResponsible for locating sites and negotiating leases in the Chicago Metropolitan area. Secured hundreds of sites for antennas from 11" to 400' towers in six states. Only real estate broker retained out of a dozen that were used for site acquisition. Handled site acquisition for Ameritech in northern Illinois and Indiana exclusively for over five years. Appraised company owned properties to determine the residual value of the land excluding the land occupied by the cellular sites.

Did market studies to determine that the rental paid for Ameritech Wireless Services retail outlets was equitable.
